Fiddlehead Cellars ~ Seven Twenty Eight Pinot Noir ~ Santa Ynez Valley, Santa Rita Hills, Fiddlestix Vineyard ~ Big, dense, black raspberry fruit, with whiffs of chocolate & tobacco, aged fifteen months in tight-grain French oak barrels (45%new) to incourage supple oak influence. This is a big juicy vintage & was barrel aged an extra three months to give the wine that silky Fiddlehead feel! As featured in the movie Sideways!
