Here
at Patsy’s we try to bring our customers
exciting new dishes. Our chefs have traveled
this past winter to study other cultures and
styles of cuisines. Two of our chefs spent the
month of January in Vietnam tasting the exciting
exotic fruits and foods of that country &
learning their cooking techniques. They bring
back ideas from the east on flavors and designs
to add to our menu. The month of February all
of us visited Key West searching for new ideas
and tasting the different fresh fish of the
Keys. This yearly event strengthens our commitment
to show the Key West and Southern influences
that we love to share on our menu.
